Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Order Processing Times
Ingri works diligently to pack your order as quickly as possible, aiming to process all orders within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email when your order has shipped. Please note that during high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery delays can occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors outside of our control. The delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages (Risk of Loss)
Once we hand your package over to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), Ingri is no longer legally liable or responsible for the package. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the goods to the carrier.

Ingri is not responsible for packages that are delayed in transit. Ingri is not responsible for packages that are lost by the carrier, stolen from your porch, or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is marked as "Delivered" but cannot be found, or if it is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are unable to refund orders that are delivered to the wrong address due to customer error at checkout.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Return Policy for Food Items
Because Ingri sells consumable food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If your order arrives physically damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shopingri.com with a photo of the issue, and we will evaluate the situation to make it right.
