What does "real ingredients only" mean?
Our "real ingredients only" standard means that Ingri does not promote products with ultra-processed ingredients like lab-made flavors, industrial oils, synthetic emulsifiers, thickeners, or colors. Read more about our standards here.
Are Ingri products just organic?
Many products that are certified organic don’t meet our standards, and many products that aren’t certified surpass our standards. That’s why Ingri doesn't rely on labels.
All Ingri products meet our criteria for containing real ingredients only. With that baseline established, we then provide you with as much information as we can about each ingredient's sourcing and processing, enabling you to make informed decisions.
How do you guarantee quality and sourcing integrity?
We do the research for you and act as a highly selective filter. To the best of our knowledge, Ingri brands demonstrate alignment with our mission and adhere to our non-negotiable sourcing standards. That said, the ultimate guarantee of quality remains solely with the supplying brand.

How can I get my brand featured on Ingri, or suggest a brand I love?
If you're a brand representative, please email us (partnerships@shopingri.com). We onboard new partners as often and as quickly as we can while adhering to our uncompromising standards.

Are there any subscription or membership fees to use Ingri?
Nope! Browsing Ingri is completely free.
Logistics
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please allow several business days to receive your package tracking number.
Does Ingri sell any refrigerated or frozen goods?
Ingri is currently only able to sell shelf-stable products.
Do you accept returns?
