All Sales Are Final
Because we sell food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. To ensure the safety, health, and absolute quality of our products, once a product leaves our facility, it cannot be returned. 

Damages and Incorrect Items
We carefully pack every item before it goes into your box, but we know the shipping process can occasionally be rough on packages. If your order arrives physically damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please let us know immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Report an Issue:

Email us at support@shopingri.com within 48 hours of the delivery. Include your order number in the subject line. Attach clear photos of the damaged product and the exterior shipping box.

Resolution (Refunds & Replacements)
If your damage or error claim is approved, we will work with you to find the best solution. We will either send a replacement item or issue a refund to your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages
For issues regarding packages that are lost in transit or marked as "Delivered" but missing from your property, please refer to our full Shipping Policy. While we are not legally liable for packages once they are handed off to the carrier, our team will always do our best to help you.
